Pooches let their alter-egos shine, parading in cute and creative costumes and vying for prizes. This cherished tradition was saved from cancelation ensuring it continues to bring joy to dog families thanks to a spectacular rally from community organizers, volunteers, and Get Joy, a dog wellness company.
