Holi, BCM’s annual celebration of the springtime holiday focused on renewal, color, and play makes all ages feel as if you’ve been transported to the streets of India, Trinidad, or Guyana. Visitors take over neighboring Brower Park with pounds of color powder to throw in the air.

Make sure to wear white for color powder play and secure your tickets and powder early for this unforgettable day!

  • Get an introduction to the spices and flavors used to make thandai, a traditional Indian beverage – and then make and taste it for yourself!
  • Celebrate the coming of spring with traditional and modern henna tattoos, inked by professional henna artists.
  • Learn about mandalas and practice creating your own with artist Manasi Arya.
  • Move to the rhythms of Bollywood dance at an interactive workshop led by Ajna Dance Company.
