Spring festivals, fairs, and celebrations in Westchester and the Hudson Valley offer some of the best ways to get outside and celebrate the season.
April brings multiple festivals in honor of Earth Day, including the Bedford 2030 Earth Day Festival. In May, families can dance and get messy with a rainbow of colors at Hawthorne's outdoor Holi Festival of Colors in Broadway Field Park.
Or, marvel at the natural beauty of spring at the annual Mohonk Mountain House Tulip Festival in New Paltz or at the Sakura Matsuri Cherry Blossom Festival in Hastings-on-Hudson, which features beautiful cherry blossoms along with Japanese cultural activities.

Looking for the best things to do in Atlanta this Easter weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list for this weekend!
It's Easter weekend in Atlanta plus the first weekend of Spring Break 2024, which means Atlanta families will find lots of fun. Participate in Easter egg hunts this weekend, including Saturday's Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop, which features 90,000 eggs dropped by helicopter! We also love the Hop-a-Long Easter Egg Hunt at Avalon, where children collect eggs and trade them in for treat bags. Beyond Easter, our favorite Atlanta attractions are open this week with special spring break programming, including Spring Break at Six Flags and Spring FUN Break at Stone Mountain Park. Check out even more things to do Easter weekend in Atlanta included below!
