Looking for a way for your active kids to burn off some energy and have some fun? Instead of playing video games at home, get out and get those kids moving with paintball or laser tag! Help them to use up their energy, as well as build strategy and teamwork skills at these laser tag, and paintball locations near Philadelphia. These laser tag zones and paintball arenas are also a great option for birthday parties!

Philadelphia

Revamped Paintball 

Founded in 2019 as a local hang-out, Revamped Paintball now offers guests a way to unleash their inner warriors. At this indoor paintball facility, players ages 9 and up can face off in friendly competition year-round.

Bucks County

Ultrazone Laser Tag — Bensalem

For some serious laser tag sessions, check out Ultazone Laser Tag, which offers 15-minute or 40-minute games, as well as all-day passes. Children must be at least 6 years old, and no spectators or children under 6 are allowed in the arena. After the game, kids and adults can try the Laser Trap Maze at three different levels of difficulty, or enjoy the arcade games. Group events and parties are available.

Crusader Paintball — Fairless Hills

Crusader Paintball offers traditional paintball for ages 10 and up as well as low-impact paintball for ages 8 and up. Players ages 6 and up will love Gellet Ball, which is essentially paintball with water beads-- half the size and speed of a regular paintball! Book a party or group play, or, on weekends, try their walk-on play. On Sundays, walk-on play is free with the purchase of any case of paintballs! Gellet Ball is only available for parties.

Chester County

Grand Slam USA — Malvern

Entire families can face off in Grand Slam USA's laser tag facility, featuring a maze-like room with partitions and platforms. Participants receive laser tag guns with accompanying vests, along with point-gaining targets. The room is decorated with black lights and reflective paint. Each game lasts 10 minutes.

Stryke Force Laser Tag — West Chester

Stryke Force offers an immersive arena designed to look like a blockbuster action movie. Surround sound, DMX lighting and a computer-controlled environment bring the battlefield to life. Because of the intensity, Stryke Force is better suited for teens. There are also a number of escape rooms, which range from wizards to science fiction to horror-themed rooms, geared towards teens and adults.

Montgomery County

Arnold's Family Fun Center — Oaks

Kids as young as 5 can challenge themselves to laser tag at Arnold's Family Fun Center. The Phaser Force Laser Tag area is for ages 5 and up, while the Area 2200 Laser Tag area is for ages 13 and up. If you like, purchase a combo ticket that includes go-karts, mini bowling, video games and other rides and attractions. There's also an indoor climbing gym for the little ones.

Outdoor Xtreme — Hatfield

A true all-ages place, Outdoor Xtreme gives participants several options. Older kids, ages 10 and up, can opt for traditional paintball or airsoft competitions. Kids aged 8 and up can select Low-Impact Paintball, which uses smaller caliber paintballs for less impact. And kids 5 and up can choose Gellyball, which uses soft, water-based balls that bounce off their targets, leaving no stain, mess or sting. Parties can be booked in any of the three styles.

Poco Loco Paintball — Schwenksville

An immersive outdoor action park for all ages, Poco Loco Paintball has been in business for over 30 years. There are multiple player environments, with realistic-looking shelters and obstacles. Players aged 8 and up can participate, and all younger players use a lightweight, lower-impact paintball marker with a smaller diameter paintball. Kids 8 to 12 can play Sunday through Friday to face off against others their age. On Saturdays, all ages mix together. Games are usually 15 minutes, and private sessions can be arranged for groups of 20 people or more.

Tilted 10 — Willow Grove

Explore the jungle in the laser tag arena at Tilted 10, featuring forest-inspired obstacles. The whole family can join in, subject to age and height restrictions. Other attractions include Mini Glow Golf, Mini Bowling, Spin and Flip bumper cars, and an arcade in the 120,000-plus square feet facility.

New Jersey

Fireball Mountain — North Hanover Township

Fireball Mountain offers an outdoor laser tag park with several playing fields, some including underground tunnels, a second-story catwalk, and trenches. Parties can use one of the indoor party rooms, with heating and air conditioning for relaxing after the competition. Parties are for ages 8 and up. Sign up for an individual session and get 90 minutes of play.

Gear-Up Paintball — Hammonton

Located less than 40 minutes from Philadelphia, Gear-Up Paintball is open year-round. Players can select either regular Paintball (ages 10 and up) or Low Impact (ages 8 and up). While many other facilities allow outside equipment and paint, Gear-Up allows only paintballs sold on-site. Outside equipment must meet safety requirements. For walk-in play, ages are mixed and split evenly by experienced referees.

On Target Action Park — Pemberton

With 13 possible paintball fields on 65 acres, On Target Action Park provides a wide range of possibilities for players 10 and up. Picnic and BBQ areas allow participants to bring their own food. No-fog masks make visibility easier. The staff works with beginners to help bring them up to speed. Birthday parties are offered.

Picasso Lake Paintball — Winslow Township

Since 1993, Picasso Lake Paintball has offered eight different paintball fields over 100 acres. Crawl through hills of the "Trenches," run through the obstacles of the "Maze," or fight a battle for the flag at the "Beach." No experience is necessary, and birthday parties are available. Open year-round, rain or shine.

The Playground Paintball Park — Mantua

Located just 15 minutes from Philadelphia, the Playground Paintball Park is a premier field located within Gino's Golf and Paintball in Mantua. Both tournament team paintball and recreational play are available. Kids must be at least 10 to participate, and everyone under 18 needs to sign a waiver. Birthday and group packages can also be bought.
