1. Boston Paintball - Ashland & Maynard

Boston Paintball's two locations offer gellyball (for ages 8 and up) as well as for high- and low-impact paintball (ages 10 and up). Both locations have outdoor paintball courses, but the Ashland location features an indoor course. Open play is available from Wednesday through Sunday at the Ashland location, Saturday and Sunday in Maynard. Pricing begins at $29 for players who bring their own equipment. Packages are available for groups, with dedicated supervision included.

2. Action Games Paintball - Tewksbury

Action Games Paintball in Tewksbury features six outdoor lots for plenty of Boston paintball fun. The minimum age is 10 years for both paintball and airsoft. Action games features open play on Saturdays and Sundays (beginning at $10 per person) but groups of 10 or more can schedule weekday visits by appointment. Holbrook's High Voltage Paintball has three different outdoor stages with a variety of obstacles and cover. Sayurdays and Sundays have open-play hours, but groups of 10 or more can book a reservation any day of the week. The minimum age for players is 10 years; all rates at this course include admission and safety equipment, but packages vary.

P&L Paintball has a truly-awesome, two-story ghost town course. With an 32,000-square foot indoor facility in West Warwick and an outdoor arena in Webster, Advanced Action Sports lets you book parties for gel-blaster and nerf battles (age 8 and up) as well as paintball and airsoft (age 10 and up). The West Warwick facility is open Friday to Sunday, while Webster is open on the weekends, with Wednesday nights available from early April to late November. 

7. Xtreme Paintball - Agawam

Xtreme Paintball has seven unique outdoor fields, each with a different theme. Kids as young as six can play low-imapct paintball at this Agawam facility, but they do have to be in a party of 10 or more; Xtreme Paintball features "beginner days" on Saturdays, with slow-loading paintball guns to make things easier for newbies. Self-equipped players can enjoy all-day admission for $20, with equipment/admission starting around $50 per player for airsoft and standard paintball.

8. Battlegroundz - Lincoln, RI

BattlegroundZ in Lincoln boasts one of the largest indoor paintball courses in New England at 20,000 square feet. This paintball course also offers reusable silicone paintball pellets which (we hope) means no mess and no extra laundry! Open seven days a week (in the summer), this venue also boasts an arcade and onsite restaurant. Pricing begins at $35 for a 3-game package. The minimum age for paintball and airsoft players is 10. Gel-blaster games are available for kids as young as 7, while nerf-dart games are open to kids 3 and up. And parties are available with airsoft, paintball, gel blasters, dart wars, dodgeball, and more. 

9. Providence Indoor Paintball - Providence RI

Providence Indoor Paintball actually has both indoor and outdoor fields. It's the perfect addition for families visitng Providence with Kids. Admission begins at $30 per player. Private rentals for groups of 10 or more begin at $350. The minimum age for players is 10, and it is open Friday through Sunday.

10. Warzone Paintball & Airsoft - Saunderstown RI

Kids as young as 6 are welcome to fire gel blasters, while those age 7 can enjoy low-impact paintball at this outdoor Rhode Island paintball park. It's 10 and up for regular paintball and airsoft. Self-equipped players can visit Warzone for $30 per person, while equipment-rental packages start at $50. Private party rates begin at $500. Warzone is open Saturday and Sunday, and weekdays by appointment.

Just 25 miles north of Massachusettes, Southern Maine's paintball course features three different fields for players 10 and up. Admission starts at $30 per person, with equipment rental packages starting at $55. Birch Hill is open on Saturdays and Sundays.
